You’ll be prompted to set up the mobile app for your business, but this is not mandatory. Paylocity will use whatever settings you put in the app to determine if you should be able to connect with your business’s payer data, or not. If you don’t want Paylocity to use your payer data, you can disable mobile sharing. Paylocity can also use a mobile device number instead of your business’s business phone number to allow you to login and communicate with your business.

What are Paylocity pricing plans and who can sign up for them?

As you might have noticed, the payer data support plans at Paylocity include a suite of plans for different payers. Paylocity’s pricing plans differ based on the number of users you have and what type of services you use.

If your company is primarily using Paylocity’s software to manage employee pay (employees and business clients can both use Paylocity’s mobile app to pay their employees), then you can sign up for Paylocity’s Simplified Plan at $69/month, or for Paylocity’s Full Coverage Plan at $89/month.

If you are using Paylocity’s software to manage both business payers and employees (i.e. Paylocity’s Complete Plan), then you can sign up for Paylocity’s Full Coverage Plan at $149/month, or for Paylocity’s Complete Plan at $249/month.
